    Peninsula Management’s unique in-house team enables maintenance and repairs to be dealt with speedily and efficiently. There is never an obligation to use this service through our comprehensive trade contacts.

    We provide 24hr service inc weekends & bank holidays for emergency repairs plus a supervised, planned maintenance programme.

    Our knowledge and experience of how buildings work is invaluable in the management of large complex buildings. Our service is a game-changer! It’s what we do!

     

    We provide an excellent, prompt and cost-effective property maintenance with our in-house team plus local tradesmen.

    Dayto-day repairs plus a planned approach to building maintenance. An agreed strategy allows for financial planning, avoiding unforeseen major costs with full transparency.
