Our Senior Leadership Team
Leading the Professional Services and Commercial Property Management, with expertise in the more technical aspects of property management, Rupert advises leaseholders looking at Right To Manage (RTM) and parties involved in lease extension negotiations.
When not reading leases or designing spreadsheets to improve efficiencies Rupert is often clocking up the miles cycling around the challenging North Devon routes, where he lives with his wife and two children.
Specialising in apartment block management and heading our busy in-house Maintenance Division, James leads the day-to-day operations, using his energy and enthusiasm in approaching all the demanding challenges, for which block management is well-known, with a constructive can-do attitude.
Living locally with his wife and three daughters, James lives at speed, although his racing driver days are behind him. (Subject to review)!
Specialist Jon leads the sister company Peninsula Fire Safety. Predominantly operating throughout the South West (but ventures nationwide, when requested). With over 20 years experience Jon has an enviable reputation in delivering the highest quality Fire Risk Assessments with subsequent technical advice. His growing portfolio of clients includes an educational group, professional sports club, hotels, apartment blocks and holiday cottages. Jon lives with his wife and son, Jon doesn’t hide his love of rugby either following the Exeter Chiefs or part of the coaching team for the Barnstaple future rugby stars!
